Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cruxs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase which is the email you get when order placed.

Please note: Certain types of items (such as custom or personalized products) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@cruxs.ca with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1 business day.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. Most banks in North America takes upto 2-7 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at Support@cruxs.ca

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). Returns cost around $1.99.
