Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cruxs. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within the same day excluding weekends and holidays after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be delayed during high-volume periods (such as holidays).

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Usually it is only $1.99.

Standard 5-15 Business Days $1.99
Expedited 3-9 Business Days $4.99
Overnight 2-4 Business Days $9.99

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently [do/do not] ship outside of North America.
If international shipping is available, additional customs and import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
